Women have specific fitness needs when it comes to designing an effective exercise program that really works.  The programs below were designed with REAL women in mind.  Whether you are a working woman, a busy Momma, a college student or all of the above, there is a fitness program that WILL work for you!

Each program is meticulously designed by an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and can be followed either in the comfort of your own home or at your local fitness facility…your choice!

The Happy Hour:  A Working Gal’s Work Out

Program Details
Duration:  1-6+ Months-YOU Choose!
Skill Level:  Beginner-Advanced
Cost:  $60.00/Monthly
Support:  24 Hour Email Response, Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
Included:  Initial phone or in-person consultation and evaluation, nutrition counseling and advice, workout program tailored to your needs, explanation and demonstration of exercises, progress journal

This program was inspired and designed with the working woman in mind.  Bartenders, retail associates, nurses, waitresses; basically any female who spends a good amount of their day on their feet and has limited time to squeeze in a workout.

Lifting and moving heavy objects can really put a toll on the untrained body.  This program includes training sessions that strengthen the major muscle groups used to support proper posture, lessen back & knee pain as well as improve neuromuscular imbalance.

The sessions are designed and altered to match your level of fitness from beginner to intermediate with your fitness goals in mind.  The best part: YOU decide how many months of training YOU want or need.  If you reach your specific goal in 1 or 2 months and feel confident on continuing on your own, GOOD-That is the goal!!!

However, if you decide to set new goals and REALLY see what you are made of, we’ll review your progress and make adjustments as needed to take you to the next level.

The Mommy Body

Program Details
Duration:  3 Months
Skill Level:  Beginner-Intermediate
Cost:  $210 One-time payment
Support:  24 Hour Email Response, Weekly Check-Ins
Included:  Initial phone or in-person consultation and evaluation, nutrition counseling, workout program tailored to your needs, explanation and demonstration of exercises, educational material, progress journal

Of course you love your children, but what you may NOT love is the condition your body is left in after pregnancy.  It normally takes around 9 months to grow your little bundle of joy.  That is 9 months of constant change your body goes through!  And for those of us who aren’t lucky enough to simply “bounce” back into shape, losing the extra baby weight can be frustrating.

Whether you’re a new Mommy or a “Seasoned Vet”, this program will take your body through a step-by-step process of decreasing the baby weight and rebuilding muscle.  The sessions are short, sweet and to the point using a combination of plyometrics, weight training and cardio to maximize results.

This program also includes tips and tricks for correcting & rebuilding resilience in loose skin, suggestions on activities to keep active WITH your kiddos and your very own progress journal.

The One-on-One

Program Details

Cost:  $35/session
Support:  In home or in gym workouts with demonstrations, form correction, spotting, 24-hour email response, educational materials
Included:  Initial phone or in-person consultation and full body evaluation,  workout program tailored to your needs, explanation and demonstration of exercises, educational material

If you are located in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area, I would LOVE to work with you face to face!  I can show you the ropes of the gym atmosphere if you’re a beginner in need of a confidence boost.  If you’re pretty familiar with the gym setting, but still confused or unsure about the best way to utilize your workout time, we can sit down and design a plan of action that is fun, yet effective.  Or skip the gym all together and I can come to you!  I’ll teach you how to utilize your home environment in a way to increase activity and promote a healthy lifestyle.
