Kimberlie Rogers is a South Jersey-native Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine. She has a passion for exercise and helping real-life people conquer their fitness challenges through positive reinforcement and realistic goal-setting.
Kim has always lived an active life style, however, she too has struggled with the roller coaster of losing and gaining extra pounds and maintaining a balanced diet. After having her son in 2004, she tried multiple fad diets and “quick-fix” weight loss pills in order to get back her pre-pregnancy body. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to have the lasting results she desired.
Taking the advice of a friend, Kim joined her local gym. Although it was intimidating at first, she became familiar with the gym equipment and soon fell in love with working out, even more so…the RESULTS that came with it! She became determined to make exercise and healthy eating a permanent way of life and spread the word to her family and friends.
When everyone began noticing Kim’s transformation, they too wanted to get in on the action. After having a few gym buddies and designing multiple workout programs targeting specific problem areas, Kim had an “Ah-Ha!” moment…”Why not make my passion for fitness and exercise an actual career?” And since she had no objection, she DID!!!
